Based in Pulau Pinang, our mission is to empower individuals and households with reliable tools and responsive support to face emergencies confidently.

Our Core Service

While KOJAYA offers a range of cooperative services, our primary focus is our Panic Button solutions. Available in three convenient sizes and configurations, these devices ensure help is never far away.

Our Panic Button system is designed for:

  • Elderly individuals who may experience age-related mobility challenges or health emergencies.

  • Children and teens who need a trusted way to alert adults during unexpected situations.

  • Anyone concerned about personal or home security, whether living alone or caring for loved ones.

How the Panic Button Works

We believe no one should feel alone during a crisis, that’s why our service provides 24/7 emergency response support.

Here’s how it works:

Panic Button Activation Notification
  • Activating the panic button immediately transmits a distress signal to our Emergency Response Team (ERT) and command center.

  • The device is designed for ease of use while minimizing the risk of accidental activation.

Immediate Acknowledgment
  • The ERT receives your alert in real time.

  • Our command center reviews your information, evaluates the situation, and determines whether emergency assistance is required.

Prompt Response
  • A trained response team is dispatched to your location within 25 minutes or less.

  • All team members are certified in First Aid and CPR to provide qualified assistance upon arrival.

Case Closure
  • After the situation has been addressed, the ERT updates the command center.

  • Follow-up support is provided as necessary.

Whether you are at home or on the move, our goal is to ensure your safety with the press of a single button.

Community Outreach

While we have a dedicated team that is responsible to answering all our customers' needs, we also engage volunteers to demonstrate devices and coordinate emergency responses effectively, ensuring everyone knows how to use our panic buttons for immediate assistance when needed.

Conducts Device Demonstrations

Our team conducts demonstrations to educate users on the functionality of panic button devices, fostering confidence and awareness in personal safety measures throughout the community.
